  I am totally new to yoga and was a bit uncomfortable at first that it wasn't such a "guy" thing to do. I was surprised that there were actually several other guys in class and the vibe was very welcoming and nonjudgmental about everybody having their own level of experience and ability. I've been taking Rob's Friday night yin class which is great for stretching and relieving my lower back tightness and occasional soreness. I've been to several classes now and it's always a cool and welcoming community feel. They even stock men's yoga clothes which was convenient when I needed comfortable stuff for practicing. Kelli's got a nice place and the word is obviously getting out as it seems that classes are drawing more students each time.
