  What a gem of a place Bride'n Formal By the Bay is! The owner Sandie is extremely helpful and truly customer service driven, placing the customers needs at heart - something hard to find these days.
  
  I'm based in Australia and searched everywhere for a supplier selling a particular La Sposa dress but couldn't find one. I was heading to California and so I began my search there contacting bridal stores in the towns I would be visiting. I got one reply - it was from Sandie who had a sample of the dress in stock.
  
  Sandie went out of her way to open her store for me out of normal business hours due to my short time there. The dress was there as promised and needless to say it was perfect! She took care with all measurements, suggesting different veils and ideas. Because I was there on my own, she was the perfect accompaniment to have for such an important purchase - it was like having a family member right there with you.
  
  I placed my order on the spot and she took care that all arrangements regarding the delivery went smoothly which they did.
  
  I can't say enough about this business - a great range of dresses, very well priced and an owner who is highly focused on customer needs. I highly recommend adding this bridal store to the top of your list. Thanks Sandie!
