  I have never encountered a more disrespectful store manager and staff. There were two employees that were sweet but everybody else was so rude! For those two employees I would give this two stars but the other associates and manager ruined that. First, I was waiting in line and the associates split us into two lines. This one foreign lady was behind me. When we got in the two lines The women at the register I was in line helped the foreign lady before she helped me and right before she helped her i was walking to her line and she says "I'm in the middle of something here let me finish this" SHE WAS NOT HELPING ANYONE AND THEN SHE HAD THE FOREIGN LADY COME TO HER REGISTER SO SHE WOULD HELP HER. All of her associates knew that she was doing the wrong thing as well because they all looked at each other. When I was finally helped, the women ringing me up was making no conversation, no eye contact, and being very rude. Pink Friday sale was going on where you could get an outfit for $45. An associate on the floor told me while I was shopping that I could get one outfit of every color, so I did. When I got to the register the rude cashier told me I could only pick one and when I started trying to talk to her she called her manager out (idc) The manager at Victoria's Secret came out of the back room to tell me- in a harsh and disrespectful way- that no matter what her employees say she isn't going to honor it, and then she walked away. There's more to this story but as you can see this review is long enough. I hope the Associates of Victoria's Secret Del Monte, The Manager, The District Manager, and customers will see this review and become more aware of the Victoria's Secret Staff Attitude Problem.
