  they think they are better than others. we were told they dont want lowerclass people at the facility and threatened to have us kicked out if we service “lowerclass” peoples cars. i guess only gardeners and people cleaning up their mess is ok. they will harass you also if you look like you dont “belong” at the complex. property manager makes you feel uncomfortable as she just follows you around and DC sounds like he is in cahoots with the managers there.
